These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the juxe.pro website and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by juxe.pro (collectively, the "Service"). The "juxe.pro" name and logo are trademarks of juxe.pro. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

All Tools provided on juxe.pro are for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents; any collection and use of any tool listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Service or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall juxe.pro, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with juxe.pro is to stop using the Service. The aggregate liability of juxe.pro for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00).

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. JUXE.PRO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

juxe.pro makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) the quality of any tools, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from juxe.pro or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless juxe.pro, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from juxe.pro.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of juxe.pro.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
